What you'll do
Reporting to leadership, the Cluster Finance Manager oversees the finance function across several of the group's properties, ensuring the reliability of financial data, performance steering and compliance with management processes.
What you'll do
Oversee accounting and the close for all properties in the cluster
Build and monitor budgets, forecasts and monthly financial reporting
Analyse financial ratios and performance indicators by property
Steer the cluster's cash and financial flows
Ensure tax, social and regulatory compliance
Oversee internal and external audits
Lead and manage the accounting and finance teams across the sites
Be the go-to contact for property General Managers on financial matters
Contribute to optimising the group's management processes and tools
Who we're looking for:
Proven experience in multi-site financial management, ideally in hospitality or catering
Solid command of accounting, management control and financial analysis
The ability to steer several properties in parallel
Leadership and the ability to unite finance teams
Rigour, autonomy and a sense of organisation
A good level of English is appreciated
Command of financial management and reporting tools
